Odorless neutral gum (type D) (hereinafter referred to as: the reagent) can be used to replace the traditional xylene as a solvent sealing adhesive (such as neutral gum), which is an environmentally friendly alkane compound as a solvent, and the gum according to a certain proportion of heating dissolved mixed made of water white or light yellow viscous liquid. When using, drop 2-3 drops of sealant on the stained tissue (cell) sheet (be careful not to produce bubbles), and then slowly cover the cover glass, gently squeeze, then the sealant will spread outwards to the whole cover glass. After sealing, the film can be read and stored for a long time to avoid cell shedding and staining fading.

The reagent is super clean, colorless, high transparency, stable in nature, does not contain harmful organic solvents, does not pollute the environment, is compatible with glass and plexiglass cover glass, and can be used with transparent dewaxing solution of environmental protection organizations.
