Instructions for use of strains

1. the strain is the second generation, valid for 1 month, if you find contamination or inactivity and other phenomena, please contact our company within 7 days after purchase.

2. strain operation should be carried out under sterile conditions to prevent contamination of miscellaneous bacteria.

3. Transfer method of inclined surface moss: Pour the supporting liquid medium into the inclined test tube and scrape the moss into the liquid using a sterile inoculation ring. Pour the liquid medium containing the moss back into the original tube and oscillate to make the moss evenly distributed. The sterile cotton swab was fully immersed in the bacterial suspension, and 1/5-1/3 area of the plate was coated, using the inoculation ring to cross line the coating area to form a single colony.

4. Transfer method of liquid culture: Remove liquid paraffin on liquid surface with aseptic pipette, shake and mix the liquid culture, and transfer the aseptic cotton swab.
