Product introduction
It is produced by the deep liquid fermentation of the Bacillus subtilis, which is concentrated, extracted and refined. It is a bacterial protease complex developed for hydrolyzing proteins. The main enzyme of this product is alkaline protease, and the enzyme activity is defined according to the main enzyme activity. The enzyme treatment temperature is 40 ~ 50℃, the treatment is 50 minutes, and the distilled water is soaked for 13 hours, in which the sediment is the carrier.
Scope of application
Biochemical studies. Unlike many other endonucleases, Protamex produces a non-bitter protein hydrolysate even at low degrees of hydrolysis. Suitable for the hydrolysis of animal protein and animal blood.
