The exposed section of the tissue is called the incisal margin, and this concept is often used in tumor resection. When the tissue is first cut off, the shape is well preserved, and the orientation of the incisal edge can be clearly distinguished, but when it is fixed and dehydrated step by step until it is made into slices, the orientation of the incisal edge becomes more difficult to distinguish. However, when performing macroscopic examination of surgically removed tissue, it is often necessary to permanently Orient the specimen for further gross examination and microscopic identification of the excised margin.

This product is prepared by selecting high-quality blue pigment with film forming solvent. The tissue labeled by this reagent still has enough thickness of color after dehydration and embedding, and the coloring firmness is high. This product can choose to take the fresh tissue and apply the mark directly, or you can choose to mark the tissue after fixation, which can better ensure the stability of the tissue structure.
