SDS-PAGE Rapid Electrophoresis Solution (Tris-Gly, 10×) is a modified SDS-PAGE rapid electrophoresis buffer based on the conventional Tris-Gly buffer system. The electrophoretic liquid has the following advantages over the traditional electrophoretic liquid: (1) It can be used for constant pressure electrophoresis at 200V, and has less heat production and low temperature; (2) The electrophoresis efficiency is greatly improved and the electrophoresis time is shortened. SDS-PAGE protein electrophoresis can be completed in about 30 minutes. ③ The protein bands obtained were sharp and clear, without dragging; ④ the separation effect of small molecular weight protein is good; ⑤ It is suitable for fast electrophoresis of conventional dye free gels or premixes of different concentrations (suitable for Tris-Gly electrophoresis), and the separation effect is better for low concentration gels such as 6%, 8%, 10%.

This product is a 10x concentrated (10×) solution that needs to be diluted to 1× with water before use. This product is only for scientific research experiments and shall not be used for clinical diagnosis and other purposes.
