表面活性剂S21为非离子表面活性剂，可通过膜渗透有效分离亲水性蛋白质和疏水性蛋白质，不改变其生物学活性。是良好的乳化剂、增溶剂。
产品优势：
1.具有优良的洗涤、乳化、分散、润湿、增溶等功能，且起泡力强，易漂洗，去污力优异。
2.是表面活性剂中对皮肤刺激性较低的品种之一。它能与各种表面活性剂复配，降低它们的刺激性，改善产品的性能；代替AES，既能降低产品的刺激性又不增加成本。
