Quick Westren Transfer Buffer (10X, powder) is an efficient, safe and non-toxic protein transfer product for Western Blot wet transfer. The protein on PAGE gel can be transferred to PVDF membrane or NC membrane efficiently and quickly, and the heat generated by the transfer process is less than that of ordinary film transfer buffer, and no additional ice water bath is required. If the detection time is longer, only need to use the ice box in the transfer tank to cool down, and the whole process of transfer can be quickly completed within 5-30min.

This product is safe and non-toxic, the powder form is convenient to store, need to be dissolved in pure water to 1L, prepare 10× mother liquor for storage. Before use, dilute to 1× and add anhydrous ethanol with a final concentration of 10%.
