Product introduction：

Immunoglobulin (IgG) is widely used in the research field of various branches of immunology and molecular biology. It can be used as a macromolecular globulin in biochemistry research, and can also be used as an antigen in immunology and clinical medicine. Various human and animal sera (IgG freeze-dried or liquid) were purified by piecewise saturated ammonium sulfate salting out followed by weak basic anion-exchange chromatography. Each product was immunoelectrophoresis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis pure.

Application:

1. It can be used as a reference protein with a molecular weight of 155 000.

2. The reference antigen, for example, IgG is used as the reference antigen to observe the immune effect in drug tests;

3. Use as antigen:

(1) Immune animals

(2) Determination of corresponding antibody

(3) To absorb the antigens of the miscellaneous antibodies, when anti-iga and anti-igm are made, if there is a cross reaction with IgG, IgG is used as antigen to absorb the miscellaneous antibodies.
