Product uses: It is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that can interfere with some activities of estrogen and mimic the action of other estrogens. It can up-regulate the production of transforming growth factor beta, and the reduction of this factor is associated with the development of malignant tumors.

It also has specific inhibitory effects on protein kinase C, all of which have inhibitory effects on tumor cells that are dependent on estrogen for continued growth. It can also be used as a research tool for gene knockout basis, and conditional knockout mouse models can be constructed to regulate the expression or lack of expression of specific genes.

It is also effective in the treatment of advanced breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and better in combination with other anticancer drugs
