Plant protein extraction kit is used to extract total protein from plant tissue. The lysate in the kit contains protease inhibitor, which has mild effect and can quickly obtain total protein. It can be used for basic research experiments such as western blot experiments. This product is used for scientific research only.

Operation method :

1. Extraction of plant tissue protein

Put 100-200mg of plant tissue into liquid nitrogen (preferably overnight), and crush the plant tissue in liquid nitrogen environment (the more crushed the better);

Add 1ml of cracking solution, crack at 4℃ for 20min, shake once every 5min during this period;

Centrifuge at 4℃ at 14000 for 30min;

Absorb the supernatant into the new tube;

Carry out protein quantification or denaturation for protein experiments.

(The extracted protein is recommended to be stored at -80℃, ready to use, to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, to avoid long-term storage.)

Note:

During the experiment, all reagents need to be pre-cooled or melted to ensure a low temperature environment during the operation;

PSMF (toxic) is used now, because PMSF will degrade rapidly in an aqueous solution;
