PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Description :

Recombinant Human alpha 1-Microglobulin is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gly20-Val203 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.

Formulation :

Lyophilized from a 0.2 米m filtered solution of PBS, pH7.4.

Purity :

Greater than 90% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.

Endotoxin :

Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug) as determined by LAL test.

Reconstitution :

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 米g/ml.Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Storage :

Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20~C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7~C for 2-7 days.Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20~C for 3 months.

Background :

Protein AMBP belongs to the calycin superfamily and Lipocalin family. AMBP can be cleaved into three chains: 汐-1-microglobulin, inter-汐-trypsin inhibitor light chain and trypstatin. AMBP is expressed by the liver and secreted in plasma. 汐-1-microglobulin occurs in many physiological fluids including the plasma, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid. Inter-汐-trypsin inhibitor is present in the plasma and urine. 汐-1-microglobulin occurs as a monomer and also in complexes with IgA and albumin, Inter-汐-trypsin inhibitor inhibits trypsin, plasmin and lysosomal granulocytic elastase. Trypstatin act as a trypsin inhibitor, exists in a monomer forms and also occurs as a complex with tryptase in mast cells.
